프레젠티드 라이브 티켓 취소 및 환불 정책

• 구입하신 티켓은 취소 마감 기한 전까지 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소 마감 기한은 티켓 구매페이지 및 구매 확정 이메일에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 티켓 취소시 차감되는 취소 수수료는 없습니다.
• 티켓을 구입하신 후 공연을 관람하지 않으셨다 하더라도 환불은 불가능합니다.
• 결제 수단 별로 결제 취소처리로부터 환불까지 1-30 영업일이 소요될 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 결제수단 별 고객센터로 문의 바랍니다.

Presented Live Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Your purchase can be canceled before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation deadlines can be found on the ticket purchase page and the checkout confirmation email.
• There is no cancellation fee deducted when canceling a ticket.
• You can’t get a refund even if you didn’t watch the show after purchasing the ticket.
• It may take 1-30 business days from cancellation to refund by payment method. For more information, please contact the customer center of the payment method.
