국내 배송 정책

• 국내 배송은 택배로 이루어지며, 택배사는 판매 상품에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 상품별 페이지를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
• 택배 배송은 상품 결제일로부터 1-2 영업일이 소요되나, 지역 및 상품 타입(예약 주문 상품 등)에 따라 배송기간은 달라질 수 있습니다.
• 국내 택배비는 판매 상품에 따라 2,500원 또는 3,000원이며, 제주도 및 도서산간지역은 추가 배송료가 부과될 수 있습니다.
• 무료 배송 상품은 제품별 판매 페이지에 별도 공지됩니다.

Shipping Policy for International Shipping

• International shipping is done by K-Packet, EMS or DHL, and you can choose the delivery method when you pay for the ordered product. The shipping company may vary depending on the product sold.
• Delivery takes 2-30 business days from the date of payment depending on the delivery method selected, but the delivery period may vary depending on the region and type of the product(such as the pre-ordered product).
• The shipping fee is automatically calculated according to the weight and size of the product you ordered, and you can check it out on the check-out page.
• Please check the information below for a detailed description of the shipping options.
• Due to COVID-19, there may be areas where delivery is not possible. If you place an order in a non-delivery area, the customer center will contact you individually.

International Shipping Options

1. K–Packet (Air Mail)

• K-Packet offers airmail service for small items. Slower than EMS.
• Expected Delivery Time: 7 – 30 days

2. EMS

• EMS Service offers delivery service in the fastest and accurately through special post-delivery network system between the Korea post and the postal administrations of other 143 countries.
• The shipping company can be changed into DHL.
• Expected Delivery Time: 3 – 7 days 

3. EMS Premium

• EMS Premium Service offers delivery service in the fastest and accurately through TNT company which cooperation with a worldwide express delivery company.
• Expected Delivery Time: 2 – 3 days 

4. Additional notes

• K-Packet is not trackable and may take longer than expected.
• EMS and EMS Premium are trackable and have a shorter delivery period than K-Packet.
• All couriers have different delivery times depending on the customs clearance.
• Mails requiring customs clearance require additional time at the receiving country’s customs office.
