Exchange or return is possible:

• Within 7 days including the day you received the product. It is possible to exchange and return only if the goods without being worn, tag removed.
• If the content of the received product is different from the contents of the site or executed differently, it can be exchanged and returned within 3 days from the date of receiving it.

Exchange or return is “NOT” possible:

• If the item is lost or damaged due to your own responsibility except the packaging for checking.
• If the tag or label has been removed or damaged and the value of the product has been lost.
• If the value of the product is significantly reduced by your use or consumption.
• If the product is over 7 days including the date of arrival, it is not possible to return or exchange.
• If the value of the product is significantly reduced to the extent that resale is impossible.

• 받으신 상품의 내용이 사이트의 내용과 다르거나 다르게 이행된 경우에는 공급받은 날로 부터  3일 이내로 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다.

교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우

• 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우. 단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위하여 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외
• 택또는라벨이제거되었거나훼손되어상품가치가상실된경우
