• You can cancel your order only if the order status is ‘Processing’.
• After the item has been shipped, if it is exchanged or returned by simple remorse, the courier fee will be paid by the customer.
• Replacement and return by simple remorse is possible within 7 days after receipt of the product.
• If the packaging is damaged in return for any reason, such as misplaced, defective, or simple remorse, we will not be able to exchange or return it.
